NHS South Yorkshire has appointed Roxanna Naylor as Chief Finance Officer following a competitive process. Roxanna replaces Lee Outhwaite, who is retiring following more than four years in the role.
Roxanna was previously Chief Finance Officer for NHS Barnsley CCG and more recently Director of Financial Transformation - (Barnsley). Roxanna is a CIPFA qualified finance leader with over 20 years’ experience across health and local government. Prior to joining Barnsley CCG Roxanna worked at Wakefield Council for over 10 years as finance lead for Adult Social Care and Public Health.
