Caroline's Wellbeing Walks inspired hundreds of colleagues to step away from sedentary routines through creative walking initiatives that strengthened wellbeing, connection and workplace culture.
Speaking at the awards, Caroline said: "I have been passionate in my role as Health & Wellbeing Lead at SY ICB for improving colleague wellbeing especially through challenging times of significant organisational change.
"I have been particularly focused on getting our colleagues moving more as most of them work in sedentary roles and they told me that they were struggling to get away from their desks for a lunch break.
“I created a wellbeing walks initiatives which included walking routes for each office, walking challenges and regular organised walks led by our fantastic Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders, so this award is also for them and their hard work. ”
Congratulations Caroline!
