South Yorkshire Learning Disability and Autism Portfolio Team​

We are the South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) Learning Disability and Autism Team.​

We all work on various priority areas of work but we are united by our hard work, passion, and commitment to make changes that promote inclusion, accessibility, support, and equality.​

We work with individuals, families and communities and make sure that their voices and influence are part of our work.​

Partnership working and co-production are at the centre of our work. We want to make a difference and change people's lives and we can only do this with the help of organisations run by and for people with lived experience.​
