Have your say on the Yorkshire Ambulance Service new strategy

Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) are developing a new strategy to take the services from 2024-29 and they need your views.

Whether you have used the YAS services or just live and work in Yorkshire, your views are important to help shape their priorities for the next five years and plan for the future.

How can I share my views?

If you have ever used any of the services (phoning 999 for an emergency ambulance, calling NHS 111 or using our non-emergency patient transport service to or from hospital), please share your experience. What was good, what worked well and what could we have done better or differently?

YAS also want to hear about what you would like to happen or what your expectations would be if you ever needed any of the services in the future.
