NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) hosted its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 1 October 2025 , from 9.30am – 10.30am at NHS South Yorkshire HQ, 197 Eyre Street, Sheffield S1 3FG . You can watch the meeting back via the link below.
At our Annual General Meeting, members of the Board including Chair Pearse Butler, Chief Executive Gavin Boyle, Chief Finance Officer Lee Outhwaite and Place Director for Doncaster, Anthony Fitzgerald reflected on the organisation’s progress, achievements, and challenges over the past 12 months.
The meeting highlighted the steps taken to improve health outcomes, tackle inequalities, and strengthen services across the region. Updates included progress on reducing waiting times, investing in new health centres, and developing neighbourhood health models to provide more care in the community. We also shared advances in digital transformation and prevention, alongside our continuing work to support people living with long-term conditions.
The AGM underlined our purpose: to improve health outcomes, quality and experience of care, eliminate health inequalities, and ensure that the people of South Yorkshire have access to the services they need to live well throughout their lifetime.
