Early pregnancy loss support service survey social banner.jpg

NHS South Yorkshire is developing a service to provide psychological support for people who have experienced pregnancy loss during the first 20 weeks of their pregnancy.

Psychological support services give people the opportunity to speak to a trained healthcare professional about their thoughts and feelings about the loss and think together about how to work through any difficult emotions. This may be just a few informal conversations with someone over the telephone, or it could be a course of regular therapy sessions, depending on a person’s needs.

In this pilot, we hope to find out how we can best support people affected by early pregnancy loss, and what the most effective service would look like.

Survey

If you have experienced pregnancy loss at any stage of pregnancy, we are very sorry for your loss.

We want to make sure that the service that we develop is based on what people who have experienced pregnancy loss feel would be most helpful.

Although this service is not up and running at the moment, we would be very grateful if you could spare a few moments of your time to answer the following questions to help us develop our service.
