Evening and Weekend Appointments in Barnsley
If you need to see a health professional during the evening or weekend you can access same day appointments via the i-HEART Barnsley service. The service has created additional appointments enabling you to receive medical advice outside of standard GP surgery opening times.
How to Book
i-Heart Extended Hours appointments can only be booked by calling 01226 242419. Phone lines are open from 4:00pm – 6:00pm on Monday to Friday and from 8:00am – 9:30am on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Outside of these hours, please call NHS 111.
Where do I need to go?
Appointments are available at BHF Priory Centre, Chapelfield Medical Centre and Oaks Park Primary Care Centre.
When can I get an appointment?
Appointments are available at the following times: 6:30pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm Saturday & 10:00am - 14.00pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Please note that appointments cannot be booked by going directly to these surgeries or Oaks Park Primary Care Centre.
