Primary Care Month is a showcase of how, in the past year, teams across our region are making improvements which make it easier and quicker for patients to get the help they need from primary care.
To celebrate primary care staff during the month, NHS England have been sharing blogs featuring primary care colleagues from across our region.
One of the blogs is by Emma Nelthorpe, Lead Primary Care Mental Health Clinical Practitioner, Primary Care South Network.
Emma talks about her role as part of the multi-disciplinary team within Doncaster South PCN. The team see around 24 patients a day with a variety of mental health-related conditions.
