Learning from Families - South Yorkshire Children and Young People's Alliance's service insights review of palliative care and bereavement services.
The South Yorkshire Children and Young People's Alliance is inviting families to share feedback to help us understand what it is like to access palliative care and/or bereavement services for children and young people across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
We want to learn directly from the experiences of parents and carers who have been supported by the local hospital, community, or palliative care teams. Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, what could be improved, and how services can better meet the needs of children and families in the future.
There are two surveys open. One is for families currently accessing palliative care services, and one is for bereaved families. If you are eligible to take part in one of the surveys you should be invited by a local key worker. The links on this page provide more information on the surveys, but not the survey link.
